Got a response back from Danny to my email. Looks like we just need to get current to lift the Etrade restriction.

Hi Shane ... there is nothing that we can do about that situation except for being current.  We believe that this is the issue.  If you would like timing information with regards to BRAV current status, we have made mentions in recent press releases with regards to certain financial releases.  I hope you are having a great weekend!
