As I said, those do not start converting, if they convert, until April of 2021 at the earliest.

I could care less about those shares.

The only loan that can be converted in the next 3 months is from a loan dated July 1, 2020 that can start converting Jan 1 2021.

Until then MITI is basically dilution free except for the rest of Note #3, which is probably 5-6 M shares at most.

Not a big deal.
