I'm not sure. There's obviously something I'm missing here. I read through the revenue recognition note in the annual report, but couldn't find anything that explained it. I've sent an e-mail to IR asking the same question. I will post any response I receive on the board.

I thought the analysts on the call did a decent job with their questions, but there were a number of things that I was hoping would get asked and did not, like ...

1. How long do you think the rev pull forward arrangements can get you by from a cash standpoint without a significant improvement in biz conditions?

2. Has the pickup in the rate of AssetCare connections you cited at the end of Sep continued into Q4?

3. How many heat exchangers have been connected to the AC platform to date and what has been the customer feedback so far? Are you still on pace to connect 1000 by year-end?

4. Could you provide an update on the Nybl partnership. Has the 18 month timeline changed for connecting the 2000 oil wells you cited in the June PR?
