My stubbornness makes me want to say forget A deal, my other side says see what they have to offer then run into court with what they offered and ask for what we offered plus what we want for triple damages. Who on God’s great earth settles anything when you’ve nothing to loose or did anything wron (since they stole everything) what is the incentive to settle) that’s on you sticky fingers!!!
