- Although the PBS documentary above is not directly related to DRGV, it can help us understand China's drive to cut emissions and promote electric cars as a world leader. The Chinese electric car industry can expand/thrive and grow sales by exporting to global markets such as the U.S; which my be part of the reason of what we are seeing happen with DRGV.
