It would make sense.... but on the same note if they intentionally neglected a stock to use it as an advantage to absorb the company in secret?? Wouldn’t for one the SEC be obligated/summoned to get involved?
That would be real shady... especially to long term stock holders who didn’t have fair representation....
Now if they bring this current... then they would be entitled to buy IMO
It would be interesting to see what the paperwork reveals....
Volume precedes price!!!
