Agreed Builder! Nash has done a good job over the years slowly putting together the XALL pieces and communicates with less fluff, which I prefer as a long term shareholder on this stock. Even short term investors have had many opportunities to double their money and move on. I think Nash only missed one acquisition he mentioned in a PR, but explained it later which still gives him a a 90% batting average as he continues to add value. I don’t post, but have enjoy the board over the years to see the variety of views here and have been here a long time as well. I’m ok losing a few months in delays from this lawsuit, but would agree it would be nice to see an updated timeline on the 2-5 acquisitions mentioned in the PR to close by Oct-Nov. Would also like clarity if the lawsuit or normal negotiations are the culprit for any delays. Thanks to all who post here.
