IMO SPSO looks everyday better and better.

How in the world would any shareholder know this. SPSO has gone dark for the last 6 months!!!!!!

SPSO is selling for .047 because no one has any idea how the company is doing!



Yes, Heck is a disgrace. And SPSO is a poorly run company.  No CEO goes dark,irrelevant of an audit if things are going well. No, it is not 6 months. The Accounting firm was hired in 11/19, and started doing the audit in 12/19 to 3/20. Then Covid,lost 2-3 months and started up again, so it has been 9-10 months.

The problem is the records were atrocious how Heck wasn't aware the records were a mess or didn't know the revenues were not booked properly is amazing.The company had operated and recorded revenues for the better part of a year and a half with the understanding that it was in compliance with Rule 606, shows his leadership quality to run a public company is bad.

Two independent members of the board of directors have resigned.Do not believe Heck's reason for TATA, who took an administration position in Govt, real reason he was free to do so after he resigned. Both saw what was going on, also the Senior VP for strategy resigned 9/20/20.

Well managed companies do not keep stockholders in the dark for 6 months, even though Heck said he was concerned about transparency. Yeah right he is concerned sure.


Just because there is an audit going on, doesn't substantiate why the CEO has gone dark with no public information. Not acceptable.

This is a publicly owned company and the shareholders are part owners. If there were great news i am sure HECK would have said something.

Silence does not bode well with shareholder trust with any public company!That's why SPSO is trading in the .04's!
The reality is no one knows what's going on with SPSO.
