It's already assumed that they won't make the 14 mil in revenues for the year. That will be baked into the price over the next few days. We now know that a large portion of those shares sold after the 10Q came out were from one person and that would be enough to drive the price down.

The 10q could have been much worse in this environment IMO. I will salivate at buy anything below .006 and I would expect others to be, too. There is also the possibility that they wanted to get this news out of the way at the end of the week and bring out what good news there must be in the beginning of next week. Lets hope. IMO
