someone or some group was able to obtain a nice amount of shares while on the bid at .015. As pointed out by the techies, the stock has resistance at the 2 cent area but if it successfully breaches it, we can see a nice launch. I think this .016 close will be looked upon as a great place to accumulate additional shares or new shares for those who do not yet own this baby.
