I wonder if the market maker is getting newly issued shares from the company , Ived noticed that there is always 90,000 shares available for sale and the if 5,000 is bought they increase the size of the shares for sale

this looks fishy either he is trying to sell it high and then buy it back lower later and if he cant then he buys the market price to close the short

or if the company is issuing new shares again - ie where are the shares coming from ?

the people that own the 40% of the company isnt selling ?

unless these were tax free shares disposed of from the broker dealers that got them for nothing because then the commission are more then the price of shares last year?

I am sure you heard nothing back from the company since they never gave a blank about the shareholders before

its still a sad sad situation despite you being optimistic - only a legal settlement requirement can give us what we want IMHO
