Ameca most likely has some decent lawyers, my guess is they do not want a CE slapped on them or worse.

They do not own the shell, they have not merged in and so on.

Yet people want Mark and Ameca to make public comments as it relates to STHC, that is a legal snafu, you are tied to the shell yet have no legal right to it.

So Mark, being smart is just being quiet, people want him to say something to manage the price, if the price was going up people would care less, they want a tweet to push the price which in turn could put Mark and Ameca in hot water
