And yet there are a large number of INVESTOR's of major companies that would call this bullshit.

Investing in employees, delivering value to customers, dealing ethically with suppliers and supporting outside communities are now at the forefront of American business goals

Nothing more than a smokescreen to pull the wool over the eyes of gullible investors and the PC police

CEOs dont get fired & replaced because they neglected to enhance the local park with new flowers and top soil or hold seminars on corporate friendship and training programs or gave needless incremental raises to employees when the company financials were suffering

Some actually believe the BS!!

Let me know of a CEO who's share price is outpacing his industry but was fired for ANY of the above or similar reasons sited.. I can name plenty of those fired for the EXACT REASON of failing to build or sustain shareholder value
