They flooded the market that does not exist for this stock because they were impatient and did it before giving the company a chance to bring their story to larger potential shareholder base. It reflects shortsighted selfishness that creates detriment to the remaining shareholders and slowed down the process of bringing in private capital investors to help expand the company because the stock price plummets on good news shaking shareholder confidence to the core.
