That's a question for management.
It is in the company profile, but no mention of it in the news yesterday.
Try the ir email address on otcm and see if he addresses your question. But that unknown could be why this hasn't taken off, as i know a lot of people would have been thinking they were buying the pipe tech, and because they didn't see it, either sold or held off on buying.
