My opinion is a PR is in the works. Based off of the twitter updates they power company was making quick progress and looked like we were within a week of power. With the tweet saying "Official PR to come" it makes me think it wont be a simple tweet when it comes out but a full news/press release. That being said it may be taking them a little bit of extra time to work a full press release up like that. Mean it takes them 3 days to do a simple twitter. I get the feeling the write the PR and spend days over checking it untill its "perfect" then release. Hopeful to see something today but deff think we should see something by end of next week if not today
