What are you talking about ? According to IHub everything was liquidated for 4.3 million dollars. I have always been a firm believer that 4.3 million dollars was part of complex restructuring and there is more to this shift in control of this multi billion dollar bio industry . I just have a hard time comprehending how a major player in the industry could have been wiped off the face of the earth and how another company miraculously ends up with 75 % of the industrial grade biosuccinic acid production and distribution. Common sense would say that this was an impossibility with out major cooperation and coordination .their has to be more to this development. I am always open to an objective explanation to how 1 company emerged with such an awesome position in the Industry. 4.3 million dollars could not possibly have been the price to make this transition. I do agree the recent change to the players in the industry is mind blowing and would require a lot more time money cooperation and coordination to make such a dramatic change in the industry. The minuscule transaction constantly being mentioned here. 4.3 million dollars would not get you very far there has to be a more logical explanation. This forum is here for an open minded non biased discussion to discover through evidence presented what happened. 2 years later I am still looking for the truth. Common sense dictates the boards paltry explanation of liquidation is an inadequate conclusion. the evidence that’s been presented recently still seems to show BioAmber still exists as company and that would mean the common stock still is in play.
