Nice find, Zac! As we learned last year, the country (for the most part) shuts down hardcore for the holidays; December 12th thru January 6th.

I bet AMLO will lay forth a timeline himself either tomorrow or Monday.. as always, moving targets. Going off history though, they gave the first announcement of civil construction projects on November 27th, 2019. I think the date speaks to the fact that they wanted to get it done before December.

Unless we were to get a huge PR from Ward updating us on the financing, this event is the next catalyst to move the needle. All eyes on this next package of the National Infrastructure Plan. "More energy"

If I had to bet, I'd go with December 7th.
