The risk that I am taking by owning shares is that DGTW will present this month a reorganization plan under Ch. 11 that is viable, brings in operations and turns around the current situation and adds value to DGTW. (the future)
I think the value to the shares that I own will come from the future value that a good reorganization plan will bring into DGTW. (the future)
I am willing to take this risk given the low pps. So far, the market is starting to provide the reward for this risk.
