Yes, this entire company is a massive joke. When the management actually owns common shares for the long run, like everyone else, they might actually be taken seriously. I too purchased shares of this "company" (unfortunately), and have been amazed to see the reverse splits, and subsequent dilution, reverse splits, dilution, etc turn my "investment" into a massive joke. Some day I will dump it all for a tax write off.

I have pity for other investors who actually wanted to support technology that could possibly help improve the lives of others and the environment around us all....only to be utterly screwed over by management.

For anyone wanting to invest in clean water technology, I would encourage you to look elsewhere. This company is a toxic mess that will do nothing but bury you.
