Do warrants get exercised like options? If a warrant is at 1.35 then the company receives the $1.35 per share when exercised? That would seem to bring capital into the company.

Ownership is changing hands is that what happens when all that size gets absorbed. No?

This starbuds deal changes the dynamics similar to a spac in reverse. Shwz never had the capital to close but according to latest news that seems to have been resolved. One would think there will be clarity at the conference on Monday.

This seems to be a transformative acquisition as it creates one of the larger consolidated players in Colorado. Colorado started the ball rolling but relatively has been left out of the capital game. So far...

One would think a savvy MSO would see what going on and possibly want to participate?
