I am still very long and a believer in $RELI. I add almost daily at this PPS. The claim that

has no foundation and reason to believe that S1 is making its torturous way through the SEC. The S1 is a public record and by statutory law the SEC has to respond within 30 days. The fact that the S1 was not withdrawn or removed makes me think that it is still in process and moving along. Yes, the PPS is down now, but let us not forget that penny traders are mostly not familiar with SEC rules in particular the "waiting period" or "quiet period" and are selling out of fear.
I agree with CP's saying "

a fool and their money are very easy to separate."

I agree with that quote.
