Luckily, the reality is very few people will actually read the article. It's pay-to-read, lengthy, and almost no one has a clue what Humanigen is because the media just regurgitates click bait articles so they can generate ad revenue. My guess is, the author thought he would get some clicks by writing a topical COVID piece centered around the once controversial pharma bro and then did very little research past that. Just look at how ridiculous the title of the article is alone, textbook click bait.

In due time HGEN will be a household name and this author will be sent back to the mailroom. Due diligence will prevail.

We know the potential here and we are in good company w/ NIH, NIAID, BARDA, DoD, Venrock, Mayo clinic, etc.
