Just because a company fails does not make it a scam, it's a failed company...Had a few myself.....Just like that hole in one the other day, sometimes everything fall together and works out....We are in untested waters and need all the help any company can do to stop this virus....Yes it's getting old and people are growing tired, medical staff / Doctors are dropping out and Dead......We Need Companies like HALB.Iam hoping what they claim they got is going to help....
