One problem with your logic ...

There will be heavy dilution immediately after the RS. This will make all current shares worth pretty much nothing.

It will go from .25 down to .02 or .03 area after the dilution.

I know it’s not what you want to hear, but the weather man doesn’t always have news to report of sunny days.
