I tend to agree. IF Jennings is not upset by this, that would seem to indicate that he realizes that there could be a buyer for the newly created shares. Lots of assumptions in that theory, but is one possibility. Not sure why a company would create shares at this price to sell. Wouldn't rake in too much IMHO
