In November of 2015 Martin Shrekli and a Investor Group acquired a Majority Stake in KaloBios

on 11-20-2015 with a Majority Stake in the Company Martin named himself CEO

on 12-17-2015 Martin was fired by KaloBios

That is 27 days from start to finish.

It was employment created by a purchase of a Majority Stake in a struggling publicly traded small cap biotech. A Company that filed for Bankruptcy 12/29/2015

Small Bio Techs often struggle and Bankruptcy or Buyout from Large Pharma is how the business works.
