GAK, I only make the point to emphasize the "adult" legal venues are beginning to turn the tide, which rebuts the response the VA senator's response to Guido. They cited a DC district legal opinion and essentially said "sharehoders be damned."

It's important IMO to anticipate that response.

I'm only saying it should be referenced, otherwise the entire letter can be torpedo'd by a response like Guido received saying "the courts ruled ..."
