I think the lawsuit is pretty much dead now.

Apple got everything but some crumbs thrown out and they will not concede anything and will spend any amount of money it takes to tie it up forever, based on the fact that Fortress is a party to the lawsuit.

Pretty sure alot of the patents have expired as well. Basically the sand is running out of the hour glass.
