I did some digging on this story, here is my findings or opinion:

3. BJEV is located in Daxing District of Beijing, with postal code as 102601. The registrant of drgv.us indicates postal code as 102206, which points to Changping district of Beijing.
4. Chinese phone number is either 10 digits for landline or 11 digits for cellphone. The drgv.us registrant phone number is either fake or incorrect.
5. It is kind of strange for a billion dollar Chinese EV company trying to get onto NASDAQ by reverse merging with a US Pinksheet company, under current hostile political environment. My understanding is that many underwriting banks would line up at their door to help them get to the right exchange.
6. If I pick a English name Harry, I will not interchange it with Henry.
