Just my thoughts

JCP has cash on hand

They will also secure a 2 billion credit line.

They will pay the 750,000 to class 7

They will pay if any of the wind down reserve.

The will pay 50% of the 141.5 million to Classes 4 through 8

Wipe the slate clean and be done with this.

JCP will have under 300 million in debt and those fat cats will have a bunch of new shares to dump on ya'll
