The large shareholder was likely diluted by half or more during the convertible debt share dumping and he might just now be trying to recoup his majority ownership by buying weak hands' shares on the cheap.
I see he loaned the company some $ to extinguish the last bad loan, and set himself up for cheap convertible shares of his own at a 25% discount.

If we get to 0.0029, I will grab as much as I can, but lots of time; can just nibble away at this...
