England Capital gains tax: Rate should double, says government review

Thinking about tax planning today normally sell off losers towards the end of the year to reduce tax for next year.
I am thinking of doing the opposite this year.
I believe Biden and the dems will increase capital gains tax big time next year.
Might be best to save the losers an extra year.
