NOTE 5 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

During the year ended July 31, 2020, Barbara McIntyre Bauman, the Company’s President, Secretary and Treasurer,
paid expenses on behalf of the Company totaling $3,960 to revive the Company’s operations. During the year ended July
31, 2020, the Company issued 1,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock to Barbara McIntyre Bauman for repayment of
this related party debt totaling $3,960.
As of July 31, 2020, the Company had due to related party payables totaling $18,655.


NOTE 6 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

On August 10, 2020, the Company issued 250,000,000 shares of common stock to Barbara McIntyre Bauman for
consulting services totaling $25,000.
