Unfortunately there's no "settled science" here. There are various opinions, and massive experiments/experiences in Europe for example, and the outcomes do not indicate a definitive "best" way.

We must not allow politically oriented "experts" or politicians trying to exploit the pandemic to deprives us of our rights and our willingness to think for ourselves. The Cuomos and Whitmers, Bidens and Pelosis of this world have their own agenda.
