I agree, they should.

I've seen countless R/S, and while some include a reduction in A/S, many don't but follow it up later with a reduction in A/S.

VRUS will almost certainly do reduce A/S, but I would be very surprised if it were lower than 500 million (that's where XDSL ended up).

500 million to 1 billion seems likely to me, but who knows.
