Yes, lots of free plastic out there to be processed... and there might just be enough renewed interest in a process that has previously been blessed (read permitted) by the NY DEC... a process that puts oxygen back into the air and runs on its own off-gas.

Of course, this would require Heddle to awaken from his slumber and actually do something to further Plastic2Oil. Heddle has remained asleep but also unpredictable.

Updating the website would be helpful. My recollection is the dirty plastic could be processed but gunked-up the machine so that clean-out was more frequent.
