I have no DD other than CEO was connected to PBI0 through Availa name change, The reply I got was private company partnership. OR in the future these two may use logistics to sell ecommerce of PBI0 with end user delivery and returns processing.

One thing is clear though CNGT SaaS could be used in the entirety of cannabis industry by a multitude of companies, so we can't take the possibility they do not come into play together down the road.

But the 8k here will not have PBI0 involved, a contract of sorts is always a possibility.
