Can you point to proof of that? Usually crook CEO's dilute the crap out of their stocks, R/S and repeat and never generate profits. So I fail to see how your claim is at all true here. The acquisition of North Star Homes looks legitimate.

Also, even if he is some sort of crook, does not mean the stock will not fly up from these levels. Most OTC may be scams but they still run.
