Being that they don't have much money they create shares to use as money so they can buy up or offer shares to companies to be come part of the holding company. Their goal is to get many profitable companies into the holding company under our ticker and then it raises the price of the ticker and if you get big enough and a big company sees this they could purchase the holding company and absorb all those businesses.
