Spoke to Mr. Allen Wood again and he advised we all submit, on our own, a TCR report on the SEC.gov website here:
https://www.sec.gov/tcr

This is to begin Disgorgement for us shareholders. Report ALL improprieties we witnessed. (Anyone got a rap sheet of improprieties/questions/concerns so we can all send it collectively? I'm quite a busy person)

Fore those unaware, Disgorgement is a legal statute that seeks to make whole those harmed financially by returning ill-gotten funds from the wrong-doer to the harmed parties. This sort of civil remedy seeks to prevent unjust enrichment is often enforced by regulatory bodies such as the SEC.

He was not able to speak of the improprieties involving TMPS. Nor information on failing to meet the criteria of a small business on the Navy DoD contract which met Omega’s claims on contesting TMPS has more than $36M on the books.

Once the TCR report is filed, information is not public for 3-4 months possibly as litigation, actions, administration proceedings are taking place for the press release.

I compel all shareholders reading this to file the TCR report as I will as well. More noise the better.
