Sometimes the larger airlines will use their affiliates to handle smaller bookings loads - less plane to push around / less fuel / less staff....

I believe they are running Bombardier 200 Jets which are smaller than Boeing 737s and Airbus 300 series....
so they have a great niche which would be unaffected by Covid

As well as being able to provide more flight times with smaller capacities
