Paul writes in Philippians :

Philippians 4:11-13
New King James Version

" Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content: I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

That last part---"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me"----May I encourage you that no matter what your issue may be, repeat that verse over and over and over, either in your mind or repeat it out loud to yourself, and then be thankful for the strength & courage you receive . Each of us in our life's journey at one time or another require strength and courage to deal with whatever is tossed our way-----God Bless
