Is that office worth $70,000 a month?

I get this figure from the 10Q $800,000 a year lease to Venture.

I don't think so. The place is not used to its full capacity. And as you noted,

The building is being used by others. Definitely not PGSW. The place is empty by all definitions. Does not look like a thriving company.
Possibly a shell to justify the $70,000 a month expenditure.

The place does not even have a loading dock for deliveries. There are no on site security to protect the patents. I doubt they do any assembly there. Storage for products? Forget about it.


Exactly what is the office being used for?
