Respect your commitment to the stock. Not your fault. Wrote simply out of trying to insure you do not get blindsided. Family here, right?

The company should know of the status of investors and SEC regulations. If this was a really together outfit, someone should have flagged you. But, hey, it's a pinky. Out of 20mm out, you're a player. Look at it that way.
