There's 50m shares authorized, that's it. Of that there's 10m preferred with ZERO preferred issued so indicates the max a/s is 40m commons. You know the o/s
That means the co. is controlled 100% by commons. That said the MAX commons in the float are around 7.1m shares... that's it
W/O going into detail in the filings, the majority of those shares are held by insiders...
So, check the 2 year chart, how clean the shell is, and potential future growth as far as pps... you know how to read the charts... look at the consolidation and accumulation in the last week or so...
One more note... NITE at .08 is what's called a ghost ask, maybe the remaining 5k shares I didn't slap at .0375... objective is to tap .20...
That ask at .026 is pointless CFGN will take then all at .025... don't haggle...
