Technology too transient, utilities would not approve

Utilities seek stable sources of electricity, water hammer type generation is by definition transient.

I'm convinced NO UTILITIES EVER APPROVED THIS TECHNOLOGY, AS IT MAKES NOT SENSE TO HOOK THAT TO A NETWORK, AND AS IT WOULD BE LESS EFFICIENT THAN STANDARD PELTON TURBINES.
