I'm convinced NO UTILITIES EVER APPROVED THIS TECHNOLOGY, AS IT MAKES NOT SENSE TO HOOK THAT TO A NETWORK, AND AS IT WOULD BE LESS EFFICIENT THAN STANDARD PELTON TURBINES.
