Didn't Kenny promise a CT by the end of 2016? Or before that wasn't it Q3 2015? Whatever happened to those CTs in Australia in 2012? The proof is in the history of this scam.

It is not the FDA's function to determine if a Microcrap scam submitting an IND is a scam or not. The FDA regulates. In this case they placed a Hold on a deficient IND.
