Means as long as the stock isn't labeled with the CE Mark it still can be traded. I think TDA has a similar rule already in place.
The Question is if OTCM may changes the rules, otherwise you'll be able to sell/eliminate your bag but on the other hand nearly nobody will be able to buy it... as long as it's CE marked.
It will be interesting to watch what will happen here on the 20th... and on many many other OTC CE marked stocks that are used for Promo's and P&D's.
Will people even realise that nearly nobody will be able to buy the shares as long as they are CE labeled?
BTW for the non trading stuff, there are tons of Co's at the OTC that haven't traded for ages and they are still alive... for now.
