Reading the earning's release it sounded positive but when I looked at the actual Q they really haven't improved their overall situation. When I strip out the Goodwill(this a a phony line item all companies use) they are underwater by a billion dollars long term.

My concern is that as they continue to sell off pieces of the company they will no longer have enough revenue to sustain the operations that remain.

Keep in mind this is all based on the numbers - I didn't get into the weeds on the Q because that doesn't matter to me.
